The truth is that you can’t manage time because it’s out of your control. It’s all about managing yourself and connecting your objectives with the hours. Managing time entails managing your focus. - Set a deadline for completing a task – Setting a time limit for completing chores allows you to be more focused and efficient. Making the tiny extra effort to determine how much time you need to devote for each activity might also assist you in identifying possible difficulties before they emerge.
The only truth is we all have just 24 hours in a day. How we make use of that 24 hours is upto us. Let’s say you sleep for 8 hours, you still have 16 hours to do other things. You can hit the gym, take out time for that hobby you’ve been putting off, finish that book, cook what you love, spend time with your loved and much more. It’s all about how you prioritise things.
