- Services will not be refunded if there is no communication from the client within a reasonable timeframe.
- GST paid on services is non-refundable.

- The refund request must include detailed reasons for the cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed after a thorough review of the request.
Process for Refund:

- Review: Our team will review your request and may reach out for additional information.
- Decision: You will be notified of our decision within 7 business days.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
