- Services
Aadyaa Communications offers various services to assist with marketing, branding, and communication. Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website. We strive to deliver high-quality services and meet the specifications agreed upon with the client.
- Payment Terms
- All payments for services are due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept payments through PhonePe and other specified methods.
- No refunds will be provided for advance payments, completed work, lack of communication from the client, or if GST has been paid.
- Refund Policy
- Non-refundable: All advance payments made for our services are non-refundable.
- Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for completed work that is rejected by the client.
- Lack of Communication: No refunds will be issued if there is no communication from the client.
- GST Payments: No refunds will be issued for GST amounts already paid.
- Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Aadyaa Communications are the intellectual property of Aadyaa Communications.
- Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the deliverables for any other purpose without prior written consent from Aadyaa Communications.
- Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
- Any information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
- Limitation of Liability
- Aadyaa Communications will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our services and will not be responsible for any loss of business or profits.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Aadyaa Communications harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any third-party rights.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Aadyaa Communications reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions periodically. It is at the company’s full discretion to update these terms and conditions at any given point in time.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
- Additional Policies
- MSME Compliance Policy: Aadyaa Communications is a MSME registered firm. The Finance Act 2023 introduced an amendment to the Income Tax Act by adding clause (h) to Section 43B. This clause stipulates that any payments owed to MSMEs, not resolved within 45 days, will not qualify for tax deductions until the payment is made. The amendment aims to encourage larger entities to prioritize their settlements with MSME counterparts, fostering a more robust economic environment for these smaller businesses.
- Quotation Validity: Once a quotation or proposal is sent, it is valid only for 14 days from the date of issue. All bills or invoices are due within 7 days of issue.
- File Storage Policy: We do not store clients’ files for more than 6 months. If the client needs their files after this period, we are not responsible for retaining them.
- Copyright and Image Usage Policy: Any usage of images or copyrighted content from any source is not our responsibility, as the final approval of the creative is given by the client, not us. However, the client has the right to ask us in advance if the content is copyrighted. If the client has not inquired about this, we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of copyrighted content.
- Abuse Policy: Any abuse, either verbal or non-verbal, towards any of our staff or management will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, the client’s agreement will be terminated immediately.
- Infringement Policy: Aadyaa Communications respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its clients to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately. We will take appropriate action, including removing the infringing content and terminating the services of repeat offenders.
- Policy Updates
These policies and terms and conditions may be updated from time to time at the discretion of Aadyaa Communications. It is your responsibility to review these policies periodically to stay informed of any changes.
